Your rights as a consumer

1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason (pursuant to Section 355 BGB, German Civil Code). The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). Please address your statement to:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this reimbursement, we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

3. Special notes on digital content

The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the supply of digital content not on a physical medium if the trader has begun performance of the contract after the consumer has:

a) expressly consented to the trader beginning performance of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period, and

b) confirmed their awareness that, by giving consent to the start of performance of the contract, they lose their right of withdrawal (Section 356(5) BGB).

In this case, you no longer have a statutory right of withdrawal. Please note, however, our voluntary guarantee below.

4. Voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee

Our satisfaction guarantee

Beyond your statutory right of withdrawal, we offer you a voluntary satisfaction guarantee: should our guide not meet your expectations, we will refund the full purchase price within 14 days of purchase — simply and without further justification.

This voluntary guarantee exists independently of your statutory right of withdrawal and does not restrict it in any way. Simply contact us by email at [email protected].

6. Refund process

To receive a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject „Withdrawal“ or „Refund“.
  2. Provide your full name and the date of purchase so we can identify your order.
  3. You will receive confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal within 3 business days.
  4. The refund will be made within 14 days to the original means of payment.
